But Where’s the Edge of the Box?

It is within us and between us. How many times have you or your organization been told to “Think outside the box?” Easy to say; harder to do—especially since most of us live with blinders invisible to ourselves and to others. Prepare for insights into yourself, a peek into others’ make-up (PG rated), and practice leaving the box. A healthy mix of males and females makes this more fascinating.

By the conclusion of this event, participants will have:

  • An understanding of a basic theory of moral development.
  • Insights into how this development can vary internally for males and females, right up to and including the day of this event.
  • New confidence in how to exceed externally described limits without necessarily “breaking the rules.”
  • Initial strategies for reaffirming or challenging boxes in your professional and/or personal life.

Methodologies will include lecture, group discussion, and experiential participation.
