IN 1976, ARMED WITH A BA IN HISTORY AND A COMMISSION AS AN ARMY 2D LIEUTENANT, VINCENT BOLES BEGAN HIS LEADERSHIP JOURNEY. RETIRING IN 2009, HE FOUNDED VINCENT E. BOLES INC. A LEADERSHIP AND SUPPLY CHAIN CONSULTING PRACTICE WHERE HE SPEAKS AND TRAINS CORPORATE AND ASSOCIATION AUDIENCES TO ENSURE THEIR “BEST GETS BETTER”

A REVIEW OF HIS RECENT BOOK ‘4-3-2-1 LEADERSHIP STATED “HE DIDN’T WRITE THIS BOOK EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE MILITARY COMMUNITY. AND HE DOES US A GREAT SERVICE BY PUTTING THESE LESSONS INTO ONE VOLUME AND SHARING THEM”

 

IN ADDITION TO HIS PRESENTATIONS HE IS AN ADJUNCT PROFESSOR IN LOGISTICS AND LEADERSHIP AT THE DEFENSE ACQUISITION UNIVERSITY. IN 2011 HE WAS INDUCTED INTO THE NIAGARA UNIVERSITY ROTC AND THE US ARMY ORDNANCE CORPS HALLS OF FAME
