C - H - A - N - G - E! This is often the most difficult word people and organizations face. Join the North Alabama chapter of ASTD on July 15th to learn how to manage it.

In order for an Organizational Development Plan (ODP) to be successful, change management techniques must be employed. In what is perhaps the most important session of the year, we will focus on John Kotter's 8 Steps to Change Management and Conflict Resolution. Come and learn how to:

  1. Establish a sense of urgency
  2. Create a Guiding Coalition
  3. Develop a Change Vision
  4. Communicate the Vision through Buy-in
  5. Empower Broad-based Action
  6. Generate Short-term Wins
  7. Never Let Up
  8. Incorporate Changes into the Culture
