Angela has worked in the healthcare, education, retail, and insurance industries. She has experience in recruiting, training, human resources, onboarding, and marketing. Angela has an undergraduate degree in communication from The University of Alabama. Angela earned a Masters of Liberal Arts degree (with a concentration in management and leadership) and a graduate certificate in Online Teaching and Learning from Baker University. Currently, she is working on a Master of Fine Arts degree from Lindenwood University. Angela has a certificate in HR Staffing and Selection from Cornell University. She is also a Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer, Certified Professional Recruiter, and Certified Design Psychology Coach. Angela is a member of the North Alabama Chapter of the Public Relations Council of Alabama, the Huntsville Literary Association, and the North Alabama Chapter of the Society for Human Resources. She volunteers with various groups to deliver training on resume writing, interviewing skills, job loss survival skills, and journal writing. She previously served as the chapter's Member-At-Large, Communications Chair, VP of Marketing/Communications, and Director-At-Large.

 Currently working as a Human Resource Liaison, Dale worked for over 20 years in several industries with
recruiting, hiring and training employees and managers in several major markets. Experienced in full life cycle recruitment and consults job seekers in all aspects of job searching, interviewing and research.


His experience with several companies gave insight to how company culture influenced the training and retention of employees and worked as a change agent to culture that was productive to company goals. Proactive and passionate to training methods so that employees had the tools available to succeed and represent their company in a positive and productive manner.


A graduate of Athens State University with a double major in Human Resource management and Business Management and a minor in Information System management. Joined ATD as a student member in 2013 and is a National member of SHRM and local member of TVC-SHRM as well as a Power Member of ATD. Dale also is a SHRM CP certified professional.

John Bentley

 

John Bentley is a Career Management Specialist with the Army Contracting Command – Redstone. He is responsible for developing and facilitating development of 95 leaders. Prior to assuming his current position, John spent 12 years working with the Civilian Human Resources Agency serving in various Human Resource Development (HRD) positions to include Regional HRD Chief.  Before joining the Army civilian workforce he served 21 years with the Air Force. His last assignment was at the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy where served as a Professional Military Education instructor providing leadership, management and communication skills training for Department of Defense senior enlisted leaders. John is also the founder and president of Power 2 Transform. His focus is equipping leaders with the skills to positively influence themselves and others as well as developing cohesive teams within the healthcare industry. He holds a BS in Public Safety Administration and a MS in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Additionally, he holds several certifications: Vital Smarts Crucial Accountability, Crucial Conversations and Influencer; Army Leadership Education and Development Instructor; Air Force Master Instructor.

     Gia Giacomoni

Gia Giacomoni is a People Development Manager at PZI International Consulting Inc., and is responsible for delivering trainings, workshops, and coaching to help leaders improve their leadership and communication skills, and maximize team effectiveness in organizations. She will soon be a Licensed Practitioner for Insights Discovery, and will be using this system as a tool in her training and coaching.

 

She has been a Leadership Coach and assessor for over 6 years, and has provided assessment, development, and coaching services to clients in both the private and public sectors. She has coached clients in Fortune 500 companies, advertising agencies, the financial sector, telecommunication services, and law enforcement agencies. Gia coaches on a variety of topics ranging from leadership and interpersonal skills to personal and professional growth.

 

She recently moved to Huntsville AL from NY; and for the past 2 years, worked with Aon Hewitt assessing candidates for selection and development purposes. She has experience with assessment centers, is a trained assessor, and served as an individual and team assessor.

Gia is fluent in French; she is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a graduate of the ICF-accredited training program at the world-renowned Institute of Professional Excellence Coaching (iPEC).

     Angela Jeansonne

 

 

 

 

Angela Jeansonne is an experienced professional with over 15 years of healthcare policy expertise. In her most recent position for the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), she worked on several timely regulatory issues, including health information technology, public health, regulatory reform and quality. Prior to the AOA, Angela was on the staff of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs Subcommittee on Health where she worked on important veterans’ health legislation, including the Veterans Millennium Health Care and Benefits Act. Angela has a BA in Political Science from American University and a MA in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University.

Amanda Hawk

 

 

 

Amanda Hawk is a Senior Training Manager at AT&T and is responsible for training internal clients on AT&T products and services.  She develops training material, workshops and is a resources for her team. 

Amanda has been in the Training field for 15 years starting as an ESL coach and moved into the Corporate space with DIRECTV and now AT&T.

 I enlisted in the Air Force after high school and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, serving as a weapons, missiles and explosives specialist. I am a certified master trainer with a unique ability to engage learners and foster their development through interaction, coaching and mentoring. I am committed to help others sharpen their talents and energies to be the very best they can be. I believe that with either individuals or organizations, creating a winning culture does not happen by chance. Throughout my career, I have worked to train and develop those around me to cultivate a purpose-driven and winning attitude.
